As an ELT (English Language Teaching) practitioner with 25 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with students from diverse backgrounds and age groups. My passion for teaching started early on in my career and has only grown stronger with time.
Over the years, I have developed a teaching style that emphasizes student engagement and interaction. I believe that creating a positive learning environment is key to helping students achieve language goals. This has led me to experiment with various teaching methods and techniques, from traditional classroom instruction to more modern approaches like gamification and blended learning.
As an ELT practitioner, I have also had the opportunity to mentor and train other teachers. Sharing my experience and knowledge with others is something I take very seriously, and I’m always looking for ways to help other teachers improve their skills and become more effective in the classroom.
