Uttar Pradesh Public service commission recruitment 2017 notification has been released for the recruitment of total 718 (Seven hundred eighteen) vacancies for Lecturer, 47 (Forty Seven) for Professor and various vacancy.

Educational Qualification: You should have good academic record a defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks at the master degree level in relevant subject from an Indian university or an equivalent from an accredited foreign university and must have NET by UGC / CSIR in relevant subject or SLE of UP in relevant subject or SET in the relevant subject accredited by UGC for Lecturer and MS / MD in relevant subject / MBBS with M.Sc. in relevant subject or an equivalent qualification recognized by medical council of India for Professor
Age Limit: The age of candidate should be between 21 to 40 years for Lecturer and 65 years for Professor as on 01.07.2017.
Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be as per following table.

Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of Written Examination and Personal Interview.
Application Fee: Applicants who wanted to participate for UPPSC should pay the below charges after filling in the applicants “Registration format of the online application the applicant shall procure the print-out of the e-Challan in duplicate. The e-Challan will be used to deposit the fee in any of the branches of state bank of India or Punjab national bank by the applicant according to his category. The fee will not be allowed to be deposited by any other mode except e-Challan collect.
