A four-day orientation program “Meraki” was launched for the students of PGDM batch 2022-24 at GNIOT Management Studies Institute (GIMS) located at Knowledge Park. It was attended by Chief Executive Officer of Times Group, Munish Kanotr, Director of Swiggy, Ankush Garg, and Motivational Coach and Speaker Harshvardhan Jain as the Chief Guests.
The program started with the lighting of the lamp and Saraswati Vandana. While welcoming all the guests and new children, Dr. Arun Kumar Singh, the director of the institute, inspired the students to make their future with the education system of GIMS. In his remarks, Rajesh Kumar Gupta, Group Chairman blessed the newly admitted students and wished them a bright future.
The Chief Guest of the program, Munish Kanotra, CEO of Times Group, emphasized on the need for brand positioning and gave the students the mantra to enhance their reasoning ability in the Book World. Ankush Garg, the director of Swiggy and the special guest of the program, said that for the success of the students, they should pursue the field that they are most passionate about.
Harshvardhan Jain, the special guest and keynote speaker of the program, while sharing his own story, told that to be successful, follow the basic rules and go ahead in life by assessing any event deeply. While emphasizing on this, one should follow the rules of management to move ahead in life while staying organized at the individual level.
At the end of the program, program head Prof. Mayank Pandey proposed a vote of thanks to Dr. Shalini Sharma for conducting a successful program. On this occasion Institute CEO Swadesh Kumar Singh, Dr. Ruchi Rait, Ranjan Abhishek, Pankaj, Rishabh, etc. were also present.
